To achieve all – around precise control of the machining process, this machining center is also equipped with a laser tool setter. This advanced device can perform real – time and accurate monitoring and control of key parameters such as the tool profile, tool wear, and spindle thermal expansion. This enables front – line operators at Anbang to obtain these data in a timely manner, analyze and process them, and quickly adjust the machining parameters.
